Hi, I’m Margot Horner, a dedicated Structured Literacy Specialist with over 40 years of classroom teaching experience worldwide. For the past three years, I’ve been providing one-on-one and paired tutoring from my home, helping children who struggle with reading and writing find success through Structured Literacy.

I understand the frustration and worry that comes with watching your child struggle. I’ve had personal experience and worked with students worldwide, supporting neurodiverse learners, and those falling through the cracks of traditional schooling.

I bring not only expertise but also a deep sense of care, humour, and patience to every session. My goal is to create a safe and comfortable space where your child/ren can learn at their own pace, build confidence, and develop essential literacy skills.
